kittieFIGHT is a Real-Time Ethereum-Cryptokitties Blockbuster Game Dapp

 KittieFIGHT synopsis

As a reminder ; kittieFIGHT is an Ethereum-Cryptokitties Real-Time Blockbuster Dapp Game. It is a crowd-driven, real-time fighting Dapp game. KittieFight Tokens and ETH are awarded to winners of each fight session that utilizes customized fighting kittie characters derived from the Cryptokitties platform.

kittieFIGHT is gamified with a unique economic token model utilizing limited supply with suppressed emissions and incentivized crowd dynamics to drive up each value of token necessary to reward owners of Cryptokitties non-fungible tokens. The kittieFIGHT Dapp also solves the problem of oversupply of Cryptokitties via euthanasia/kittie-sink called kittieHELL. The sink effect from fights also serves to create demand for new kitties on the Cryptokitties platform. Winners of fights on the kittieFIGHT platform can trade winning tokens to buy more Cryptokitties coParticipation

How KittieFIGHT Works1. Gamified — Incentivized Participation

Each kittieFIGHT fight session is automatically funded with a “honeypot/ Kittie Nip pot” of Eth and tokens that is shared with the Fight winner and corresponding supporters, with a portion going to backers of the actual kittieFIGHT project (More on that later). To keep the game interesting, there is also an addictive war of attrition mechanism that keeps supporters fighting/contributing tokens and eth to the prize pool making it grow in value until the game ends. The attrition mechanism rewards the last of the highest bettors, with a sizable portion of the pot close to the main fight winner’s share. Minimal share of the honeypot goes to a few runner-ups. Other supporters on the winning side claim the tickets of the supporters on the losing side.

2. Renumeration For Collaborative Participation

kittieFIGHT actually works like a highly rewarding poker-tournament game, without the poker skill requirement which is a natural barrier to entry in normal poker games for users. At any point in time in the kittieFIGHT dapp, there are multiple ongoing fight session each funded with sizable prize pool. At the end of each game, the fight winner and corresponding supporters share the entire loot. A portion of the honeypot ( eth and kittiefight tokens) from each fight session is taken out and recycled right back into the kittiefight smart contract endowment fund. This endowment fund keeps all games continuously well funded and incentivized. The last set of recipients in the share of the honeypots are direct backers of the project, ensuring that all participators and backers are well aligned.

3. Gaming experience

This will be the first game of its kind in the cryptocurrency world where the actual audience plays a role in the outcome of fighting matches via ethereum transactions resulting in an immersive, rich and visual experience where activities seem real time. The incentive driving the combined transactions of players are responsible for realtime visual simulation, where any lags in visual experience are compensated for by idling fighting cycles. The audience actions are represented in the game background, by supporting kittens visually showing how much they believe in their champion by the amount bet, each time they provide support for their champion.

4. Fighting dynamics & roles

A fighting match is scheduled by paying fight scheduling fees in kittiefight tokens and it is set up by two Cryptokitties token holding players who have agreed to battle at a certain time. First time users from the Cryptokitties platform are given a one-time free/freemium pass to schedule a fight without requiring scheduling fees . Tickets (kittiefight tokens )to the fight are acquired by fans indicating exactly who they are in support of. The Lure/honeypot is a very good motivator for game participation by fans. The game then works like a boxing match where fans cheer there respective champions on. In this case the cheering coming in the form of actual cash in the form of tokens and or Eth. Each action from a KittieFigher’s supporter serves to wear down the defences of the opponent fighter. Defences are “DNA rarity scale” which are generated from each Cryptokitties token fighters “Cattributes”

The continuous actions of each supporter means defences can be worn down for the actual fighter to land effective combos and demoralizing hits, although actual scores are obfuscated till the end on the game. The combination of player-fan collaboration isn’t dissimilar to the kind of fan support seen in boxing matches. This dynamic will be the first to be demonstrated in KittieFIGHT; the first of its kind in the blockchain space on the Ethereum platform utilizing the most popular Dapp on the platform; Cryptokitties.

5. Loser goes to KittieHell or kittie Euthanasia

Lease expires at the end of a scheduled game and every losing Player/kittie must pay the redemption fee to regain the kittie or risk loosing the kittie forever. The fees is part of the KittieFIGHT token utilitarian economy driving demand and the corresponding value through the utility of the token.
Why it will be huge
This will be big because of the zero-cost, freemium model for first time users from the Cryptokitties platform in combination with economic models of attrition, fight gamification through honeypot-lure. The immersive user experience for cat lovers worldwide and NFT holders on the Cryptokitties platform is also a critical factor in user adoption. This combination of novel fighting cat characters with economic rewards, could potentially rival or dear we say be bigger than online poker gaming market, considering the lower learning curve KittieFight has than poker. Underneath, kittieFIGHT is an amalgamation of various economic concepts with the game mechanisms to provide value growth for a utility kittieFIGHT token economy, as well as provide rewards in the form of pure Eth/Ether similar to how poker tables work with payouts/fees, with the following advantages :

The fight scheduling fees, tickets and kittie redemption fees adjustment will come into effect with significant growth in utility and subsequent value of KittieFIGHT tokens

There are several valuation needs to determine the level of utility payment at any state of the game and also for general incentive funding, they are :
determining the value of each token reward awarded to fight winners
Value quantification of fight scheduling fees, fight tickets, and kittie redemption form Kittiehell.
and Lastly ; The kittiefight endowment smart contract fund in which every scheduled and eligible fight automatically draws from to fund the incentive mechanism behind the “honeypot/Kittie Nip pot”.

Because of these needs, more tasks are added to our development roadmap, so both kittieFIGHT and its spinoff “FightBattles” will be making headway in November, with Beta tests beginning in OCT(see update on site).
